We can’t run Immersion without our wonderful volunteers, and so we’ve launched our call for volunteers for Immersion 2026! There are many things to do, from working on the sound and lights for the tech-savvy to helping our participants and GMs as community hosts, working in the kitchen or helping set up and tear down larps.
We are a small community event where everyone participates in running the festival, including volunteers, larp runners and players, but as a volunteer you will have a specific task and a special place in our hearts.
Volunteers do not need to buy a ticket for Immersion 2026, but there is a 20€ fee to cover meals and some other expenses.
All volunteers have the opportunity to play in the larps at Immersion, but some tasks will overlap with some of the larps, so please let us know if you’re happy to skip a larp slot or two to help out. Volunteers who don’t have a task assigned can also request to jump in and play larps if there are last-minute cancellations. If you don’t want to larp and just want to help, you are of course also more than welcome!
If you’d like to join us, please fill our volunteer form by the end of April.
If you already know what you’d like to do, great! If you’re interested but not quite sure, fill out the form anyway, and we can figure it out together. We would be delighted to have you and are very grateful for the effort and commitment our volunteers have shown over the past two Immersions.
If you have any questions not covered by this website or by the call for volunteers form, please email us at immersionlarpfestival@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
