Immersion Larp Festival in Turku (August 8.-9.2025) features renowned and artistically ambitious larps from Nordic countries and elsewhere. All larps are run by their designers.

At Immersion, you get to experience three short larps that are easy to approach. Each larp has a workshop that prepares you to play. No previous larp experience is needed. Here you can find more information about what larp is.

The programme contains 24 larps. They deal with subjects varying from everyday elevator meetings between neighbors to the Paris 1832 June rebellion and the fates of Radium Girls who used radioactive paint in clock factories in 1920s. There is also an award-winning Palestinian larp about deaths of children in Gaza, a larp about estrangement from a parent, and a space voyage to establish a utopian community.

Immersion Larp Festival has been financially supported by Arts Promotion Centre Finland and Tracon ry. It is a part of the official programme of Tehdas Teatteri theatre.
